"MAY-AUG 2013:A little more than 3 months into my 5 month stay here and it has been great! They take pride in the appearance of the apartment complex and have weekly maintenance people to keep it up to standards. We are a military family and they went above and beyond to have our place ready THE SAME DAY we got into GA with only a weeks notice. I have yet to see any bugs in the apartment. I haven't had any problems with my apartment but even if I did they are always making sure that everything is met. We went swimming a lot with our kids and that is where we've met a lot of other military families living here. Great place! UPDATE: I PCS'd with my husband back to Texas in OCT 2014. I had a great 5 months at these apartments. I actually really miss it. They hold themselves up to such a high standard, I wish everyone everywhere was more like this. They are straight with you. Before we moved out they told us how much will need to pay from our deposit and how much we would get back. I believe everything was fair in that experience. We got our deposit within the next 4 weeks of moving out. They are such great apartments!! 100% RECOMMEND!!"
