"Very nice people. The ladies there were very polite and professional. I would have moved in there if it wasn't that I don't drive and I needed something closer to work. I do say check them out if you're looking for a simple apartment for 1 person."
"I've lived here since January 2016, so more than a year and a half. The first lease was for a year, the second for 6 months, and this last one I chose to get another year. So it should end around June 2018. I like the neighborhood for the most part. As far as I know there have been only two situations in the area involving theft in the time I have lived here. The locks are magnetic/digital, so you can never lock yourself out. My unit has an alarm system installed (3rd party service required). It is pet friendly even though my patio is not fenced like the rest. There are doggy bag stops around the neighborhood and parking is rarely ever an issue anymore (had some neighbors that CONSTANTLY had company and would park in front of our door). Neighbors change a lot but I suspect that it's due to the constant rent increases at lease renewal. Its a small amount but it eventually adds up. The apartment sizes (in the Duvall at least) are comfortable. the living area has always been a bit large no matter what furniture I put in it. Dining area easily accommodates a 6 person table. The Master closet is a walk in with lots of storage space, even though the washer and dryer are in the closet as well. That isn't usually ideal in roommate situations when you need to sleep and they need to wash, but for me it works out living without one. Its pretty convenient for me, actually. The master bedroom is spacious, I have a king bed, long 6 drawer dresser, vanity and side tables and plenty of room to move around. The master bath has a built in vanity area in the sink and large mirror. The secondary bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed, side tables and 6 drawer dresser as well. the closet is standard sized. about 1/3 of the master closet size. There is also a good sized hall closet. The second bath/guest bath is decently sized as well. I do believe the kitchen is extremely small and closed in. Not ideal for lots of cooking/entertaining. It does however include a dishwasher (I don't use it but others might like this feature) appliances are in very good working order as well. I will add that the features are very dated as far as cabinetry and counters, but it's a rental so I don't expect much. There are other more updated apartments in the area for similar pricing and have additional amenities that Arborside does not. There is no clubhouse, pool, or park in the complex. The location is ideal for me though so I chose to do without amenities in order to be close to school and work. Kroger, Wells Fargo, and many restaurants as well as Riverwatch Cinemas as very close to the complex. All in all, it is a nice little spot in a convenient area, I do believe it needs a few updates and amenities (or maybe just a fence around my patio please, everyone else has one!) but I have enjoyed my time living here. Very tranquil, no loud music or children."
"We just moved in on Tuesday. So far, our AC is broken, there is rotting wood/black mold galore under our sink, poison ivy in the patio area (which I found out I'm allergic to), hardly any of the outlets work, AND on top of all of these things we got a violation because someone thought we let our dog outside without a leash. The violation was given to us literally 18 hours after moving in; no warning or anything, and apparently if we get two more ATC will "ask us to find other living arrangements." We told them about the AC and mold and they sent someone over to look at it, but they didn't do anything to remedy it. Do not move here if you want to rent somewhere where you and your health are valued."
"I have lived here for about 1.5 years. The cost is relatively inexpensive, but the staff seem to want to increase the cost annually. Which is kind of a bummer seeing that no new amenities are offered in exchange. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and the maintenance is fairly good and responsive. The staff are generally nice to the tenants as well. It was a better experience than my 1st apartment for sure."
