"I have been living here for nearly 11 months and I can definitely say that this has been my best experience renting thus far. This was a semi long distance move and I had a wonderful experience with the initial leasing process with Jay, he made the process a breeze and was very transparent about the leasing requirements and fees. It took less than an hour after submitting my application to get the news of my approval. I didn’t get a chance to tour the community in person prior putting my application in and my apartment was excellent upon move in. The neighborhood is quiet and very well maintained. I love the way my floor plan(The Maryland) is structured, a thick wall(my guess is 8ft) separates you and your next door neighbor, making it optimal for quiet and privacy. Quantrice and Charlene , the leasing manager and assistant manager, are amazing, you can tell it isn’t just a job to them and that is reflected on how well and how efficiently this complex is run. Any issues are promptly taken care of, the common areas are clean, and the residents are always kept updated of any changes and events. There are regular events for the residents her such as holiday parties and season themed events. What I really admire about this community is that I’m still treated with the same level of care and consideration as a resident I was when I was prospective resident.The care and professionalism you get when initially touring here is the same when you become a resident. And lastly………. look at this balcony view!!!"
