"My home has been the Pointe Grand apartments for about 8 months, and I absolutely love it! Safety is a major concern for me, and I have felt safe right from the start. The grounds are well-maintained, and the community is conveniently located near shopping and major highways. The office is staffed with friendly, helpful and professional people who genuinely care. Residents are regularly invited to participate in activities such as ice cream socials and food bank drives. There is an awesome maintenance team! Their response time to service requests is prompt, and they are knowledgeable in their field. Whenever I have questions and concerns, I appreciate the time they take to explain things to me with patience and professionalism. I am pleased to live in a safe, clean, well-maintained and friendly neighborhood. I highly recommend it."

"Kaitlyn is amazing!!!! She is so informative and knowledgeable on everything. She is the kindest person and doesn’t get tired of answering your questions or concerns. She makes you feel at home already just from the tour and your encounters with her. She will go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you and your new home. She made sure to find me the exact apartment that was perfect for me and my family. She’s really is awesome!!! And pointe grand is great. Very calm and enjoyable living area"

"I want to preface this review by saying I don't live here, but I did tour the property. Pros are that the apartments are very nice. I toured a model unit (they wouldn't let me tour the actual unit). It was very nice but this was the only tour during my search where I couldn't see the actual unit. That was definitely a drawback. The tour guide did not introduce themselves so I have no idea what their name is. There really wasn't a point of me touring as they didn't add anything I couldn't see on a virtual tour. They also didn't know anything about internet speeds. Docked another star because they never followed up with a quote as promised. All in all I would've been fine living here but the office experience was the worst out of the properties I toured in the area."
