Ms. Can Evans has been such a welcome and wonderful property manager for us. She gets things done with integrity and is always honest with tenants. She is so professional, yet kind and caring. Our phenomenal property management team ensures that we are always safe, the property is clean and beautiful, and that tenants' needs are met efficiently. I couldn't be happier with my apartment home."

"I have never in my life left a bad review but if you are considering moving here apposed to valley falls. Don’t. DONT. It took them 2 months to restore the air conditioning in my unit in 90 degree weather. The difference between this place and valley falls is literally comical."

"Unsafe for students. Too violent for young students just trying to study and get by. Needs new management and stricter rules and gated with security like Valley . People that aren’t students should not be living here and 20 year olds shouldn’t have to be roommates with 40-65 year olds. It’s ridiculous."

"So my mom and aunt live here(but no as roommates) and I’ve been dying to write a review, but waited on them to move before I did. This place is A MADHOUSE! Teenagers in college living beside 60 yr old men! You can’t really pick your roommates so my mom and aunt got stuck with early birds and night owls so no one ever really gets any sleep because someone is always up. This place is dangerous’ Guests can come and go as they please or just stay as long as they can hide out under the radar. I’ve walked out to the parking lot to see people propped up on my car or looking through my windows. I work VERY hard and VERY long hours to earned the car I drive, and I don’t need it broken into or people propped up on it. The pool is never opened, and the gym is def not as advertised. No gate or security just like the review before this one stated. There’s no one EVER on the property. They have gone weeks without maintenance people. If something is broke, it stays broke until someone threatens to call someone higher up. My mom has had two roommates refusing to pay rent and basically living there for free month after month which is why the price has gone up over $100 per month since this time last year. Your roommates(up to four in one small apt) can get a pet without asking the other roommates about allergies. Just stay away! It baffles me how this place is just now a glorified USA economy off heron circle. I am soooo glad they left this place because Everytime I left, I would have to whisper a prayer on my way home for their safety. And I came by at least twice a week, so I got a great taste f how this place really is!"

"I currently live here and have been for going on two years in August. I've seen cars and motorcycles broken in to and stolen since I've been here specially during the summer .my motorcycle was damage from someone trying to steal it and when the police asked for video footage from the multiple cameras mounted they were told that the cameras don't record only have live feed .so I'll be looking in about the apartment across the street with a security guard just to keep my motorcycle safe .lastyear over ten cars were broken into in one night so they have no help if yours is broken into .besides that there are some good things but that's a deal breaker for me ."
