"Hello everyone I’m actually a resident here @ riverwind.. I haven’t had such a great experience like everyone else.. I let the lady at the office know about on noise complain from a neighbor, they did absolutely nothing about it! That there will be a email sent out to my unit about it and it never happened ! I been dealing with this issue for about a week., but yet I receive emails about their upcoming events. Seems like residents are not their 1st priority. I wouldn’t recommend moving here."

"Great place to live. It is a nice and quite location. Great views of nature. The outside amenities are very well kept. We definitely love the pool. The management is amazing and stay on top of things. The maintenance guys are very friendly and go to any lengths to get whatever is needed done. This a a great family complex with a welcoming nature and I'll recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to live."

Proximity to town, as well as local shopping etc, while maintaining safety was very nice. Despite nearby local colleges, Riverwind community is very calm.
