"Great room for an amazing price. Clean rooms, great customer service, comfy bed, 24 hour snack bar in the main lobby for all you late night snack cravings. Definitely will be staying again whenever we're in the area."

"We recently stayed at this hotel. Everything went well until we checked out. Shortly after we received an extra charge on our credit card for $150 dollars. We called and asked what it was for they said for smoking in the room. I told the lady that was impossible because none of our family smokes. The lady said I don’t know what to tell you. When speaking to the manager which took several days to get ahold of we were basically just told we were liars and that the charges were going to stick. Their corporate office was no help as well. I was told there was no manager on the weekends but somehow the manager I spoke to said she verified this on a Sunday??? I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone they try to scam people out of money and have very poor customer service when you have an issue."

"Really nice moderately priced hotel! The room was clean and updated. The shower was nice and hot. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good with lots of options. The only "negative" I noticed is that none of the staff smiled. Management should work on employee satisfaction because a happy employee makes a happy guest."

"Came here due to TravelSaver coupon. Very good experience overall. They took my paper coupon no questions asked. Property is newly renovated with all new furniture, carpet, landscaping, &ct. Staff was all helpful. Breakfast was the best I have seen in years! Free fresh coffee, teas and cocoa 24/7. Also had great local maps! Room was clean and comfortable. Not sure why anyone would rate this place poorly. My wife and I are cheap and picky and we loved this place."

"I loved this place. There are several eating options within walking distance. Great staff. REALLY great breakfast options. I think it has been newly renovated. Only drawback is the construction around this area (but nothing to do with the hotel). I don't quite get the negative comments. If there was something I could recommend it would be to empty the trash bin in the dog walk area."
