"Clean and well located hotel. Room service should be more frequent and standard instead of by request. Food at their restaurant is great but a little over price. Overall a nice place to be."

"Light next to my bed was burnt out. No shampoo in the shower. There was a hat by the armchair when I checked in. Didn’t say anything during my stay bc these things didn’t bother me. I don’t want the staff to feel bad about it. My interactions with them were pleasant. In my experience, these things suggest complacent leadership. We expect what we inspect. (I don’t need a reply asking me to reach out to the hotel to discuss. I’m just sharing my experience.)"

"We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was! We would definitely recommend—it is right off of I26 and it feels very fresh, clean, and new. The lobby is incredible and a great space to relax and watch a football game on the large tv or play foosball. The bar was beautiful and big and the bartender was accommodating despite us arriving later in the evening. There was even a nice fire pit for our use right off from the lobby. Rooms including bathrooms are large and clean!! Would definitely stay again!"

"What a Beautiful Hotel ! Probably one of the Nicest Hilton Garden Inn's we've stayed in. The Staff was lovely from the Front check in desk , to the Ladies this morning working in the Restaurant.( The Coffee was Top Notch Lavazza ) We will definitely be back to stay on our next trip through. "This place is a true gem. It feels like you are downtown or on a vacation. The ambiance/ cleanliness of the hotel is amazing. The welcoming friendliness of the staff make the experience almost on real. Once you arrive you really don't have to leave for anything it is all right there. Food is great and the specialty drinks that they offer are really a great extension of everything else. This is my new absolute favorite place to go when traveling to Spartanburg area."
