"My family and I moved here 2 years ago from Massachusetts. I read the reviews on Canaan Pointe and was a little nervous but many of the reviews were old and some sounded more like disgruntled tenants than actual issues with the complex its self. I decided to just give it a chance... after all home is what you make it. When I arrived there were a few issues in concerns to the apartment itself however Renee and her staff immediately addressed the ones that could be fixed and within a couple of weeks had fixed the remaining issues. There is not 1 place that you can rent and say its perfect unless you live in your own house away from society. I have been fortunate enough to be beside great neighbors. We've now been here 2 years and anytime I have an issue or a maintenance work order it has been handled within a day. As far as the towing complaints if you park your car in between the lines and in the correct spots with your resident sticker on your windshield there will be no issues. The current staff is working hard to make positive changes and it shows it may not be as fast as some would like but its progress and a step in the right direction!"
