"Moved in about a week ago and had an issue with the gas pipe needing replaced for the stove. The maintenance guy Tony was on top of it. He even quickly volunteered his workshop microwave for me to use for a night so I could at least make food for my son and myself while he ordered the part needed…and it was fixed the next day. He called, stayed in touch/kept me posted. Super nice. In fact, Hakimah in the front office has been amazing also since I first inquired about living there. She’s really sweet and easy to talk to. (Keep them both!) I have serious health issues and needed a bottom floor apartment and she was understanding and accommodating. Lastly, I drove through the complex several times during the day and night before deciding to sign a lease based off the reviews in the years prior. And in trying to get moved in, I’ve been there off and on various times of the day and night for a week straight. It’s actually a pretty quiet area now. Whatever changes were made seem to have worked. My apartment is great. Laundry room is very clean and the washers/dryers are cheap. You can pay rent online and submit maintenance requests like that too. Overall, I’m very pleased. I’m grateful and happy with my decision to move here."
"My air went out on a Monday. Called them to let them know, Tuesday someone came out said that i need a whole new unit, and today I was told that they are under new management so don't know when they can order a new unit might be a week or so before they can order a new unit....so it looks like we would have any air until two weeks from now is 84 degree in here. What the hell is going on? Let me make it clear that this review has nothing to do with our new office lady or our maintenance man, they are the sweetest people.... Keep up the good work!!!!"
"I currently am living at quail pointe apartments now. I'm trying to get released from my lease right now due to the fact my apartment has been infested with roaches. I got mold and mildew in my bedroom closet and in my bathroom. Maintenance has not fixed my infested bathtub which was flooded cause of the toilet had flooded it. I'm sick of living here. Can't get landlord on the phone nor do they be available onsite. I need answers from someone asap. I contacted dhec and fire marshal cause these apartments are to be condemned asap. See my pics of how I'm living. I can't get corporate office phone number nor a landlord to answer my phone calls nor emails. I'm not liking the fact no one isn't responding. So owner of quail pointe apartments could you please contact me asap please."
"Any 5 star reviews that mention "Andrew", are reviews that were asked to be posted from the old Manager of the complex. These reviews should not be considered in your moving to this apartment complex. Now that I've moved out, I now have the opportunity to leave an honest review. I lived in apartment J79, which is on the bottom floor. Constantly had a problem with the roof above us leaking in the boiler room. Eventually, we had so many people move away and move in, because of this we had constant issues with bugs. It took almost 3 months to get rid of the bugs. Which right when they went away, we got out of there. There is constant noise, regardless of the time of the day/night. People listening to loud music, with their bass bouncing for hours. Don't even get me started on the July 4th, and New Years time of the year. There are "kids" who will run around and throw fireworks in the parking lot. I'm talking about the fireworks that are supposed to fly in the air and do huge explosions. They were lighting them on the ground and running away, even throwing them at cars. Eventually I called the cops, and they told me that unless there was damage to my vehicle, they couldn't do anything about it. There is constantly low life people sitting outside all day. ADULTS, sitting outside all day, every single day. Management told me they were trying to get rid of the Section 8 people that lived there, but I'd assume the opposite. DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you do, expect to be asked if you have any cigarettes, or extra change lying around every time to walk to your apartment from the parking lot."
