"Good morning and I must say this will be a good place to stay if they cut down the Palmetto trees that brings palmetto bugs. Stop being stingy help your residents out. Also, the biggest problem is Lou.He stays out there and the landlord tells him everything about everyone that stays out there. He knows everyone’s personal business that is not supposed to be given out. The landlord takes up for him. He know too much and that’s not good. Please make sure you that you report them. He can tell you everyone that has not paid their rent. How would know if she didn’t tell him? The landlord sends text after hours and when she sends the text she doesn’t say hello . She sends text on Saturday nights and Sunday.She texts at 8:00pm at night. Is that legal? What happened to calling and business hours only 9:00-5:00. Residents be safe and make sure that Lou doesn’t have your personal information. Have a great day"

"Townhomes @ Spartanburg/ previously known as magnolia townhomes has roaches throughout ALL of the buildings. Whenever you complain about it they have maintenance come and spray and refuse to call an actual Exterminator. Maintenance is either uneducated or doesn’t want to fix anything because I wrote a letter of All the things I needed fixed in my apartment and I put it in the drop box multiple times and I never got a reply, an acknowledgment that they even received it, and no one ever came out to look at it or fix the issues and that was 4 months before I moved out. The cabinet underneath the kitchen sink is completely molded all the way through the wood and rotted.I also believe the manager April was stealing because when I paid my pet deposit she asked me to pay it in cash or write a blank money order and I would pay rent through my debit card and I had received multiple strange charges to my card from places like door dash, eBay, Amazon, and online Walgreens orders and I fully believe it was the her because other tenants had similar problems as well. This place is highly over priced for them to have as many issues as it does."

"April the manager the best. I absolutely love her and she the the difference maker there. I can go on and on about the excellent service she has given me. I love her to the moon and love the fact that she cares for the residents. She goes the extra mile for everyone. Love her so much. I wish I could give her 50 stars."

"Lived here for 7 months and the gambling addict April over charged me by at least $150 most times more every month for 7 months. When I would complain about the charges she would make up stuff that I was never informed about and she wouldn’t let me dispute them or she would immediately message me back saying she made a mistake without even having enough time to look at the charges almost as if she knew she did it on purpose. They won’t allow you to tour any apartments and you can’t even see them until the day you move in. Before I even had any furniture or food in the house I noticed a HUGE roach problem and every tenant I ever spoke to said they have had an on going problem with it for years and it never gets fixed. My ceiling collapsed because of the faulty washer and dryer that was installed and I called maintenance to come look at it and as it was literally dripping puddles on to my floor he tried to say there was no leak. This place is an utter nightmare and all the residents have stated multiple times they are miserable and everyone who lives there and staff is rude and unruley cause they are tired of paying almost $2,000 for rent. EVERY section 8 housing I’ve ever seen is better than this place. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY"

"Rented an apartment that I couldn’t see it for a whole month a week before I moved it to force myself in. Please was full of roaches and the neighbor next-door stays that it’s an ongoing problem. At night the walls turn black with huge roaches. I denied moving in but yet still a week before my move-in day which it was 8 weeks total . Now the manager April wants to keep all my money because Of my cancellation , because I walked the apartment before the apartment was clean so I didn’t have to see all those roaches on the floor . It is a scam big time"
