"Was supposed to have a delivery today, but when I checked the website it said missed delivery left at SDO, well problem is yesterday someone was home all day. So I called and the woman I spoke with said it never made it on the truck, so my delivery will not be made until Monday. So because someone didn't do their job, my delivery will be 4 day's late. Very unsatisfied and will be contacting someone higher up to deal with this situation"
"Their delivery is terrible. They always leave our packages outside on the edge of the dock. (which we would not see unless we open up the dock doors) When we get a delivery email, we always have to go outside to figure out where they left it. Sometimes the truck drivers will bring it inside because it was left in their way. Today, they delivered it to the wrong place and the company that received it called to let us know. We had to send someone to get the packages."
