"Great company all around"

"I was driving behind your driver in truck 4074 a Peterbilt. With trailer 10170. I don’t know how you train your driver but this driver needs to be talk to about blocking traffic for about 5 miles so no one could pass him. There was traffic in the right hand lane for about 5 miles. No one was in front of him. He just did not want anyone passing tsp held up traffic all the way up to where it started to merge about 5 miles. Do better"

"theyll tell you that your good to come work for them, then you wont hear from them ever again. I call them up to see whats going on then they say they dont have enough trucks....couple of months later I tell them is it worth applying again because last time they ghosted me...they say sure, sure go ahead and then they ghost you again...."

"I have been here over 20 years and there is a reason for that. It's a great place to call home. Money, benefits, home time are above industry standards in my opinion. If you don't do well here the fault is yours. You're given so many opportunities to be successful and I think Cheeseman has a fit for every type of driver. There is no such thing as a perfect company but the staff here try and make it as pleasant as possible and will bend over backwards to make sure that you work in the best environment possible. I can't say enough about the owner. He takes pride in this company and is quick to tell you that we work with him and not for him. Everyone here is a cog in the wheel and we depend on each other to be successful. They also listen to the drivers and do what they can to accommodate within reason. You won't find a better company in this industry. When they say family first they really mean that and that says a lot."

"I have zero complaints with this company. There's no micromanagement as long as your work is getting done and you're doing it right and treat the customers with respect, you don't have anyone breathing down your neck. They pay is good. And very little freight touch. It has some issues like all companies but the only one I've found was so slight disorganization. Overall it is a very good company to work for."
