"This was Christmas Eve it was the only place open and I appreciate their assistance we didn't have time to stop and get food earlier in the day from traveling"

"I've had the worst experience in the pizza hut ever. When I got home the pizza was cold and dry. There was hardly anything on it. I might as well eat cardboard because that's how limited it was with the sauce and cheese. I'm very very disappointed in this place. They used to never be this bad. If I could give a 0 stars, I would. Before you leave with your pizza, make sure its the way it should be. On top of everything, when you want to talk to someone, no one will answer the phone. What a serious let down."

"They have decent food but I just recently got a large 3 meat with pepperoni bacon and ham and I get home and go to eat it and it’s like they put the bare minimum of ham bacon and cheese because half of the pizza had an even amount and the other half had bare patches with just sauce I just wish that they wouldn’t put such little into there food."

"I recently ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut and it was the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza chain. The crust was burnt and tasted like cardboard, the toppings were stale and came off in chunks, and the cheese was so greasy that it made the whole pizza slimy and unappetizing. What's worse is that the pizza arrived over an hour after I ordered it, and by that time, it was cold and unappetizing. Clearly, Pizza Hut is not concerned about quality or customer satisfaction. I would not recommend their pizza to anyone and will not be ordering from them again."

"I ordered the triple treat box and when opening my boxes our cinnamon rolls looked like this. Yuck The door was sticky the roles were halfway done. Called the store and let them know what was going on. I was told I can get credit or they could remake my cinnamon rolls and they would be deliver in 40 minutes! No apologies or nothing. Terrible customer service!!"
