"Went through drive through and the order taker was very rude. Then at the window he just barks out my total. Is it that hard to say hello like we’re all human beings? Then they made my sandwich wrong, but is most likely the order takers fault. Never repeated it back or offered a receipt."

"Today is my first time eating food from Panera and the cashier that helped was absolutely wonderful and understanding. Mrs Mary Pelika was so helpful and informative. She made my first experience delightful. Oh Yea , food and pastries was great!"

"I had gotten the wrong order in the drive thru, luckily I checked it so I went back around and got the correct order, but when I got home and opened everything up it was still wrong. So I called the store and spoke with Bailey, the manager on duty. He had the most impeccable customer service and took care of it right away. Big thank you to him, that’s how you take care of business! Keep it up!"

"Even with all stars for food service and atmosphere. I am giving it a 2. Because I found out that they don't keep their tips. The company actually keeps their tips that we give them. So do not leave them a tip because they do not get it. And somebody needs to do something about that. They were too hard not to get a Tip when someone wants to give them one. What is even worse Is leaving a tip and it goes to the company not the person."

"Normally I absolutely love Panera. But I have no clue what they got going on now not only since they moved locations from Taylors to Greer, but just in recent times IN GENERAL. I ordered food through Uber Eats, I had a wonderful delivery driver, she was here super freakin quick and so sweet. I wanted to try the Teriyaki and Broccoli Warm Bowl. I'd never had a "warm bowl" before and really wanted to try it. It was very expensive, came out to $16!!!! Dude. I have never been more disappointed. I have attached pictures so you can see for yourself. Disgusting. The most mushy broccoli I have ever put in my mouth as well as the driest chicken. And $16? For THIS? What the heck bro. Not to mention the last couple times I've eaten from Panera have been similar (which is part of the reason I wanted to try a different menu item, because I've BEEN having bad experiences). And it's a shame I wouldn't be leaving such a low review if this Panera location had lived up to its standards. It does not, not like it used to. I'd say go to the one on Haywood road instead because it's WAAAY better, but, for those of us who live in Greer that's an absolutely ridiculous drive. You guys need to do better, I'm super upset because l'm typically a huge advocate for Panera. But not anymore, this sent me over the edge. I've tried time and time again to give this location chance after chance, and this was it for me. For the prices they're charging? Take your money ELSEWHERE if this is how their food looks and tastes. So upsetting."
