"Unreliable. We booked Eastside to take us to GSP to make 7am departure prior to a six week trip. Driver did not show up, even after charging my credit card in advance. I called and Dispatcher said they were working on it. We could NOT MISS THAT FLIGHT and connection. Result: at 6am, loaded my own car, parked at GSP and it cost me nearly $800 for parking upon return. This was the SECOND time Eastside failed to show up."

"Unfortunately, this is a revision to my five star review from two years ago. I was a frequent Eastside customer however, it has become exceedingly difficult to schedule a ride over the past nine months or so. My understanding is Eastside holds a contract with GSP but it seems as if the current dispatcher is inconvenienced & struggles to “find drivers” even when booking days in advance. After one particularly unprofessional experience with him ( which resulted in my being charged for a ride that I cancelled w/in the 24 hour window ) I now only use the service as a last resort & with hesitation."
