"Place is trash! The management is rude. Assaults Halloween am the time at this hotel and they don't care. Would never recommend to anyone to stay here. And you can only go in and out the front door, the side doors stay locked and they now have a alarm that blares everytime you open the door so at 2 to 4 am all you hear is the alarm going off."

"I have been at this hotel since October. I have to say they are the nicest people around and truly enjoy staying here. This is new for me and they have made my stay very nice. They all are very helpful."

"If I could this place less than a zero I would. My husband and animals moved down here for work and to have a place to stay until our home was ready and the staff was so rude and very unfriendly. They gave our room key to a lady in front of us and the desk person didn’t know anything cause he said he was new. The room was not what we seen on the internet and it has filled with roaches in the room. Our boss paid hood money for this room and we were treated like garbage. We had to move hotels cause of the living conditions. I hope people can read this and understand that if you want to stay somewhere please choose differently because of the staff, the conditions of the room and and pest xontrol not being kept up."

"When I'm in town on business, this has been my go to place for extended stay for the last 4 years, for months at a time. It's always clean, I never have any problems from neighbors or hotel staff and they are always friendly and down to earth. I love my privacy and quietness and they've always respected that here. If I ever need anything I've never had any issues with them accommodating that. For the price you're getting a real home away from home experience and it couldn't get any better than the Ashley Phosphate location as it's one of the hub hotels in the areas that's around all the essentials and within walking distance for most of them as well. I will never not give this location 5 stars"
