"It's being renovated, but it's pretty terrible right now. Not filthy but not clean. The lady at the desk was nice but I think she could use help. We won't stay there again. There was a loud party Friday night until 3 am."

"Booking was confusing because prices online listed a hotel discount of 10% off without explanation and when I called, I didnt get any further clarification, but they quoted me full price at first. Rooms were absolutely awful. Sheets and comforters were stained. We called to get sheets changed, which never happened. We were unable to use the room phone to call because it simply did not work. The room smelled as if it had been smoked in before. The whole property is in disrepair. There were drinks spilled in the elevator that wasn't cleaned the whole night we stayed. The elevators also reeked of urine the next morning.The only upside is there is a Starbucks and Dunkin' Doughnuts next door. We were here for a charity even, so bit the bullet and stuck it out for the night."

"Great location. The rooms are a little outdated. The carpet needs cleaning. In order to save money they've installed overly restrictive shower heads. Plenty of water pressure while filling up the tub but as soon as you turn on the shower the water comes out very sparingly. I checked in and advised the the clerk that I would like to give him my credit card for incidentals but that I would like to pay the final bill in cash. His answer? We don't deal in cash. We only accept credit cards. I understand you need a credit card in case someone tears up the room, but to say that you don't accept cash to pay the final bill is silly and ridiculous and a stupid policy if it is actually true."

"Staying 2 nights but so far after 1 night it is really nice here. Couldn't get used to the TV channels but it's really nice rooms. Water pressure for the shower is great. Had a hard time finding the vending machine so need more signs. Had to adjust the curtain over the AC because it's too long so rolled it up and works fine now. But this will be our new place to stay when we come back on trips."

"Pros: Room was descent size and the AC worked perfectly. Stayed one night. Cons: Upon arrival there were no pillows which was handled quickly. The landline phone did not work. Pool was not available for use but fortunately we weren't interested in using it but we had no idea upon reservation or check-in."
