"One star is not low enough. Do not understand the positive ratings on this hotel. This place was so bad that we could not stay. "Room by the hour" was the best we could describe it as. Horribly nauseating smell, stains on bed and chair (did not even check what sheets looked like), no air conditioning, and loudly clanking room fridge (loud enough to be heard through phone). Management refused full refund because we had checked in. How do you know how bad a room is without checking in first. Buyer beware..You have been warned."

"The room was not cleaned upon check in. I checked out about 8:30am, and no one was at the front desk. The hotel has wi-fi in name only. It functions about the speed of a dial-up modem. The rooms look like they were last updated about 1989."

"No issues during my stay. Sure the rooms aren't the nicest, but for the price, it was more than acceptable. You can't expect 5 star at this price. Super friendly staff too. I would stay again for sure."

"The front desk staff is very friendly and always smiling. The downfall is very outdated rooms and amenities. It would be nice if the front lobby had coffee and breakfast included instead of a empty side kitchen and tv in front lobby is faced opposite of growing. Other wise very quiet and conveniently located walking distance from shopping center."

"It's always quiet with not a whole lot of activity. The front desk person works with us to give us a room that gives us privacy and a good deal to earn our business. It is close to two major expressways and streets. While it does have a washer and dryer on site, it doesn't have free coffee in the room or in the lobby. The bed, sheets and blanket are comfortable and clean enough."
