Comfort Inn & Suites at I-85

"Do not stay here. Upon arrival I noticed all the dirt around the bed. The room bathroom toilet had pee on it. We wiped the sink n tiler and left out. We came back and I noticed the bedroom window was so dirty on the inside I literally wrote clean me on it. I then was holding on to the headboard and noticed my hand was dirty. I then inspected to find dust so thick everywhere the tv the pictures the headboard the bathroom pictures the shelves like my allergies was acting up but I figured it was from being outside. In the morning we went down to breakfast the juice was water the lady doing breakfast literally took it he vacuum off the floor ran it across the counter where you set your food and then returned it to the floor. I am a hospital housekeeping supervisor so cleanliness is most important I had a black light and he amount of pee on the floor and sides of toilet show they don’t clean and to top it all off they didn’t want to refund my money DO NOT STAY HERE NASTY NASTY NASTY PLACE"

"I've been traveling for work for 4 YEARS (haven't seen my personal bed since 2019) and this was one of the most off putting check in we've experienced. Room was dirty and found HAIR in the breakfast food. The gal at the front desk couldn't be bothered with checking us in. No hello or greeting and my husband asked how she was doing, that food smells good where did you get that, looking for local suggestions of restaurants...She just grunted at us multiple times and only words she spoke was "room 210" She stopped eating, licked all her fingers and proceeded to touch everything! We told her all our check information was wrong but she kept just saying "210" Thankfully our room was on the highway side because the construction workers were having a LOUD tailgate party at the entrance of the hotel. The bathroom had hair, grime and the towels had stains. Left us guessing how truly clean the beds are. I use the gym but it wasn't cleaned for multiple days as I found my dirty towels still in the bin days later."

"Came to visit family over my Thanksgiving break. The customer service was amazing. Very accompanying for parents and the late check in and leave times are convenient. My room was a little gross. The basic cleaning jobs were done but under the counters in the bathroom and areas around the furniture were really gross. But we spent most of the day out of the hotel so we lived with it. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere which we were appreciative of, especially with being out of town. The rooms are not very soundproof, which made me paranoid because my children are younger and cry loud and we don't like to disturb others when they're having a meltdown."

"It’s great that they allow dogs and their breakfast is really good (especially the waffles). The breakfast attendant was very nice and helpful as were most all of the others working there. The check-in associate was rather unhelpful and unpleasant especially when we told"

"I was very disappointed about my stay. First of all one of the beds mattress had alot lumps and dents in it. Second the bathroom are very still. Hair was lefted everywhere in the bed, floor, shower. I told the manager at checkout but no response"
