"Do not disturb sign was clearly visible on the door. Housekeeping was banging on the door at 830. Woke up our sick, 5 month old baby who had just fallen back asleep like 40 minutes before. They again proceeded to come banging loudly on the door at 930 and 1030. Checkout isn't until 11... very rude. Very unprofessional announcing very loudly and in an annoyed manner that they were just waiting on our room so that then they could go home. Front desk also reiterated how we were the last room and they were just waiting on us. Maybe Housekeeping duties shouldn't begin until 11am, the loud vacuuming in the hall before the first disturbance was inconsiderate enough. I hope the Housekeeping crew working that morning were able to get done and get home to have the day they deserved ☺️"

"Reserved Room 101 2 weeks prior. Arrived 6PM & was told that room was occupied. After 13 years of staying in room 101, we were abashed. The desk clerk suggested my handicapped wife & I stay elsewhere ... I said it's New Year's Eve ... she asked me who took my reservation. I was livid ... she wouldn't give me her name. Also she wouldn't tell me the final charge for my $115 room. I now see that the total was $175. Sorry to see such fond memories turn sour."

"Bathroom floor was filthy. We seen footprints upon arrival and immediately used a wash cloth to clean the tile floors in bathroom and tiled entrance. Shower tub drains sloooowwww in 119. We stay here often on our trips north and south. This is a great location right off 95. Not usually this dirty in bathroom!! Great restaurants close by even a Cracker Barrel. Entrance is a bit tricky and folks coming of 95 will try to run you over so be careful if coming in from the north 95 exit. No local channels on Cable TV that come in to watch local news. CBS, ABC, FOX nor NBC comes in. Coffee was not hot at 5:30 PM. I’m giving a 3 overall hoping breakfast will be hot and on time which it normally is when we stay here."

"The hotel is fine, room is clean, breakfast is wonderful, the TV is poor, no local or network stations, only cable stations. The reservation clerk took forever to find my name in your system. Finally found me using my cell phone # duh! I have been a member since you got email.. wake up !.. Hilton recognizes my number or my name or my phone."

"Made a last minute stop for our road trip. Great place to stay. Unfortunately, out of the staffs control, our room reeked of cigarettes. Not the best smell and not great with two kids. But last room available."
