"The staff here is great. Always trying to help and always in decent spirits. This is why I always go here for my belts, oil, filters, plugs, odds and ends. The manager today, however, made it very clear that he was having a very bad day and decided to take it out on a customer. I was waiting up front for someone to be available to help me check an engine light as he paced back and forth up front doing whatever he may have been doing, making eye contact and never saying a word to me. Once a tech was available to help me, I explained what I needed and as the tech was reaching for the code reader, the manager blurted out from between the aisles up front that theirs wasn't working and I'd need to go somewhere else. He never made an attempt to actually speak to me. To tell me that they were simply too busy to help with my request, or otherwise. The tech was surprised when the manager said this, and felt the need to defend himself, saying he hadn't used the reader yet today. Needless to say I went to O'Reilly's and they handled my request quickly and professionally. Watch out, because you never know if this manager will be having a bad day and shoo you off without any reason at all."
