"Do they sweep the floors? No. Tub had no drain plug and paint chipping off it. Stayed another night because it was pouring down rain, lady up front said the place was booked up.... so many vacant rooms. Stay at the motel 6 across the interstate, much cleaner."
"I purchased a non-smoking room via Priceline for a 1 night stay at a non-refundable rate. However, upon arrival I was offered room 203 . Upon entering the room it was fully engulfed with smell of tobacco scent. So I return to receptionist, who offer room 214 that too was engulfed with tobacco smell. The manager stated and a I quote "I can not control if people smoke in rooms and the fact you purchased a non-refundable room, whether you take the room or not you will not get your money back". This is fraudulent since I paid for a non-smoking room at a non-refundable rate and was not offered a non-smoking room. This fraudulent to take people money and not grant them what they paid for. Neither this facility or Priceline offered my money back for a service that both promised and did not grant. I had to purchase a stay elsewhere. They are holding my money for a service they did not grant me."
"As mentioned in previous reviews by others who have stayed here the location and the front desk service are great and so willing to accommodate. Prior to taking a room I asked to look at it first and had no problem with the request. Although it appeared alright I detected a foul odor so passed on that room. I was shown a different one which again looked clean but to my ,mistake I should have checked it out better before taking it. Head boards full of dust Lamp shades full of dust Coffee maker......no way I'd make coffee in that Flooring around floor lamp possibly dried animal urine This is just a few things but most importantly. We will not use the shower. Paint on enamel pealing and the drain id completely disgusting. To tired to change or leave and bags already in. I will be saying something. Housekeeping needs a refresher course on cleaning."
"Checked in 12/02. On the positive side, the hotel is in a very good location; near gas stations, eateries and interstate. The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous and attentive to my concerns. On the negative side, the room itself was a disgrace. It appeared that the previous occupant(s) had a very destructive pet as there was very visible damage throughout the room. I immediately reported the damage to the lady at the front desk who walked with me back to the room to inspect the damage personally. She did offer to place me in another room but I was very tired and had already unloaded the car so I declined; my concern was that I did NOT want to held responsible for the damage. There was significant damage to the AC unit, the curtains, the rubber seal at the bottom on the entry door, the top of the desk, inside of the bathtub, the liner under the chair, the smoke detector was clearly non-functional, the alarm clock was sticky all over and was also nonfunctional, the lampshade near the bed was severely damaged, two of the four lights in the sleeping area were not working (possibly because they needed new bulbs?) and the base under the fridge was damaged. The TV remote looked as if it had been chewed and was being held together with electrician tape. I cannot help but think that I was placed in this particular room because I was traveling with a pet. I cannot say if this room is indicative of other rooms at this hotel but my advice to others is to stay clear of room 125. See uploaded photos (10)"
"**WARNING BURGLARY ALERT!*** Stopped here on my way to Florida 6 days ago and immediately checked out after checking in. The front desk folks a husband and wife gave us a room with the front door handle broken. Went inside and there was another door connecting to another room. Turned on the shower and someone tried to kick the door down! Thankfully I secured the door with the latch as well. Saw a women outside smoking in front and asked her who tried to break in she claimed the manager ( husband or wife not sure who did it). Stay AWAY from this hotel from the report we made we found out that it gets robbed frequently!!!! Stay ANYWHERE but there! Got our money back (which they charged us for 2 nights without our permission) ASAP and never looked back. I wish I can give them a ZERO rating. Also no phones in the rooms."
