"The check-in was okay. The furniture in the room was stained. Some stains on the carpet. Paint had been partially removed from the bathroom door. No big deal, it's a 2 star hotel. There was some type of bug walking across my pillow as I tried to sleep that I could not identify. I got up and went to the other bed. So, of course for the rest of the night I felt like bugs were crawling on me. I woke up with a sore throat and sinus congestion. That happens when I come into contact with pet fur and dander. Wondering if the sheets were washed well between guests. I woke up so happy the night was over so that I could get out of there. I would not return to this hotel."

"Two words. BED BUGS! When I returned to speak to the manager to inform him I stayed at his room the night before and had bites that needed treatment. He denied having bed bugs and “There are no bed bugs in room 114”. Oh do you have issues in other rooms? No sense of urgency at all. Just denial. He said “he would look” even though you can’t see all the signs of bug eggs and bugs. Wouldn’t get the room treated even though I told him to “at least have the room treated”. Every person including the maid walking into that room is contaminating other rooms. Terrible management. He wouldn’t compensate me for the room, medical expenses and clothes I had to buy. There was no concern at all that I said I had bed bug issues and I slept in his room. Total mismanagement. I will NEVER stay in a Days Inn again. Report this motel if you have any issues."

"Room was clean, needs quite a bit of TLC. Bedding and linens were clean. Paint on bathroom door was peeled off and there were a few stains on the carpet. I felt safe, parking area illuminated well. Staff was awesome!! Nice grab and go breakfast in the morning. Again, the staff both evening and morning were above and beyond."
