"From my experience being there. I do know that they have been working very hard to improve the quality of this property. . it has changed hands recently and the people that had it before ran it into the ground till. There was nothing more that could do with it. so let's give these people a chance they're not trying to overcharge anyone for anything right now. They are just simply trying to get it off the ground and get it moving again. I'm gonna be behind them unless something else happens there. If things go downhill, then I will know exactly why it did but comma it's not something that I want to say here.. Most of the hotels here in walterborough are not being run correctly because the wrong people are running them the wrong way."

"I'm here doing a total restoration on this hotel inside and out is being renovated. I will put a few pictures below so you will know what to expect how you all love it... sorry I don't have any pictures of fully complete rooms but carpet is currently being installed and tile floors"

"Every negative review is true. Checked in and the first room I was given had people in it. The second, had lost of roaches. When I asked to leave and for a refund, the clerk said, "No Refunds". The third room, very disgusting. Sticky carpet, no towels, bugs, and bug bites all over my arms. I ate my meals in my truck. This place is disgusting. Do yourself a favor, and keep driving!"

"The room was clean and the price was great, but when the lights were out, the roaches came out. The smoke alarm was disconnected. My room was supposed to be handicapped accessible, but the bath room and tub had no grab bars, and an extremely slippery tub and floor. I almost fell in the tub. The faucet in the sink was hard to turn off. It dripped hot water all night. The drapes would not close completely, letting the outside light shine into the room all night. There was no refrigerator in the room until I asked for one. They brought a very old, rusty one. The tv was an old analog one with a remote that did not work. The light by the bed was broken off and hanging only by its electric cord."
