"Bad customer service was told that my item was delivered to the store and I call to see when they was gone delivery item. Never received a call from them every time I call they about someone will reach out to me this is very unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would first time dealing with them but never again"

"Ordered a brand new dishwasher. Received it completely beat up. The inside packages had been opened. Jo and the others a re super nice and I have never had a problem. But I am seriously disappointed and considering returning it. Nobody wants to pay for a brand knew item that is dented and beat up. Three stars on because of employees not product!"

"If I could give a zero that’s what they’d get!!Got all the papers drawn up for zero turn lawn mower filled out and all. The paper said that they’d deliver the same day, so I confirmed it. AFTER paying my first payment of $460 the lady said it would probably be Wednesday afternoon before they could deliver.We weren’t happy but we would deal with it.Then was told that me or my fiancé would have to be there.I work in Walterboro and don’t get off till 430 or 5 which puts me getting home around 530 and he don’t get home until 7.We offered to pick it up.Nope can’t do that.Well we were trying to figure out what to do about and we were talking about how long it took me to get home.We do have a Varnville address but it’s actually 20 minutes away from town of Varnville. So even though Aaron’s in Walterboro serves 29944 area,she didn’t know if they’d come to my house because it’s so far out! So we’re standing there not knowing when or if we even going to get the lawn mower! I asked her if they don’t come there what about my $460?? She said they’ll refund it.I asked for refund then because I didn’t just pay $460 and not know if I’m getting it or not! So she catches an attitude at that point and says she don’t know if she can refund me today or not!! She calls someone and asked them but because she took it out the system before giving my refund it wouldn’t work so now she has to call I.T. to fix that,then tell me on my way out after she does that it’ll be 3 to 5 business days before I get my money back!!! I’ve never had an account at Aaron’s and with that mess yesterday I never will!! I don’t know which is the worst, your system saying they can deliver when they can’t or your employees don’t want to do their job! You missed out on a good customer because of it!"

"The staff here is AMAZING!!!! They were able to help us with no problem and even worked around our schedules with signing documents and delivery times!!!! Definitely will be dealing with them in the future and definitely recommend"
