"This is a great place to buy gently used clothing, but don't expect to sell anything, not easily anyway. There are so many stipulations of what is and what isn't accepted. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand not accepting any old thing, especially if you're going to sell this to other customers. But I've been turned away for multiple reasons, and (in some cases) no reason at all. My suggestion is to avoid the buy counter and stick to buying - unless you're prepared to have a headache while doing so."

"I have had good and bad experiences here. Make sure if you are going to try and sell anything to them that it is very clean and stain free. I was very frustrated with them when I bought a pack and play from them. The 2 workers carried it up to the front and left if fully assembled. I tried to figure it out, but had to ask for help. The one girl was nice and helped me disassemble it and carry it to my car. You just would have thought it was common sense and good customer service to take it apart instead of causing a traffic jam up front at the registers. Also, make sure you call the store and find out if their buy counter is open so you don't waste your time and gas, however, I have called before, several times in one day, and they never answered the phone."

"I called at opening to ask if they were selling and Brittany was extremely rude. I was told that they were only accepting one tote, however when I came in the person in front of me dropped off about 4 different totes. I was given no information on the wait and when I got there the system was down and I would have to come back and check 4 hours later and it had to be same day. They took all brand new items and offered pennies. I asked what percentage they offer of how much they sell it for and I’m assuming a manager came up and told me 20-25% and that the brand new Nikes I was being offered $4 for retailed for $14. I told her that I was just in the bins and there were shoes in worse condition priced at $20-25. She then called me a liar and told me shoes at that price are on the wall. I’ll attach photos of the shoes that were in the bin that I was told couldn’t possibly be that price. Horrible customer service. They claimed to be short staffed, but had at least 10 people working in that location."

"OUAC of N Chas has been a wonderful place to get quality brands for a fraction of retail! I have gratefully bought some Native shoes and sandals for our toddler in great condition! Sometimes you need to do some treasure hunting, but when you find a cold weather coat for only $7.50 when it would easily be over $50 in the store, it’s a win!! Grateful for the military discount as well. Looking forward to my next shopping experience. ALSO, the staff has always been so kind and that’s another plus for this location!"
