"Went in yesterday between 7 pm and 7:30 pm. There were two cashiers. Waited until the first cashier was able to take me. I bought 3 12 packs of diet coke. Sale sign said 3 for $11 lbut the charge was over $12. I asked her to please look at the sale sign and she said why, I have to charge you what the register says. She said do you want it or not? I said I'll take it but won't come back. She said, I don't care."

"I was in this particular location earlier this evening and experienced the following: There was one young man at the register and a pretty large line. There were 3 other employees in the store that could have helped but instead they were behind the registers asking about finding utensils so that they could go eat in their back room rather than helping their customers. In my previous visits I have been checked out by other employees I saw there tonight. The cashier nicely asked one of the other associates if he could take a few minute break after the customers were taken care of and received a shocking attitude from the female employee that was working with him. I have worked in retail my entire life and having a full line of customers with one employee working the register (there is more than one register) is ridiculous when there are 3 other employees around the store that saw the line and could have ran the other register. Also not allowing at least a few minute break after a rush like that seems to be counter productive. I used to go to this location all the time but after tonight I will not be returning because it is obvious that they do not care about their customers nor do they care about their employees . I'm not sure where they learned customer service, but it is obvious they either do not care or were never properly taught. The store was a mess and whomever is working on the floor is normally on the phone, listening to music, or having not so public appropriate conversations and act like they are bothered by a simple question. I also usually notice a strong marijuana odor when visiting this location. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone ever! The one by the bowling alley is much nicer and the employees help the customers and each other happily and efficiently !"
