"Don’t expect much from Walmart but this is probably the worst one I’ve ever been to. Dirty and disorganized store. Lines are so long at customer service, they don’t move during peak hours. People begging for money outside and inside of the store. Something is always going down and you should expect the greeters to ask for your receipt every time."

"Yesterday I was attacked by 2 door workers they accused me of not paying for items when they look at the receipt they pushed me when I yelled at them, don't push me, the employee denied it when I told him look at the camera he changed his attitude I asked for help from customer service full white officer spoke to me I was crying the lady who worked in customer service called another African American officer a customer recorded the incident I did not commit any crime I showed my receipt at the door the 2 women attack me in the second I was speaking Spanish on the phone The lady responded to me in English with insults. What was surprising was that the officer and the customer service manager did not call the manager. The officer told her to call the manager. This woman is going to report the incident. The customer service lady did not call the manager. I canceled the purchase. I did not steal anything. You cannot be accused of theft without evidence. I had the receipt in hand. I received help at the Walmart in River. I reported the case. They told me what happened to report the incident. incident I am waiting for a response to the behavior of those 2 African American female employees and the customer service lady told me. Whatever the officer wants, he did not open the case. Forgetting, I have been a customer of that store since 2005. I know several employees who told me where I should call. They are extremely racist. Their co-workers told me to report it. It was a racial attack. When they arrested me, several people came out and did not ask for a receipt, only me. other Hispanics who came out to say that you did not pay for an item is to accuse you of theft the worst is how they cover each other thanks still employee report the case to the main company I have proof I have the receipt I paid everything and I returned the merchandise due to the accusation of not having paid"

"I’m from Texas and explained that to the lady who answered the phones. She told me nobody could look to see if they had any smokers. She said they didn’t have time for nonsense. I asked her name but refused to even give her first name. Then I asked for a manager so she put me on hold came back and asked if I wanted to continue to hold. It’s a game with her. I’m trying to make thanksgiving special for my grandmother and nobody has a smoker available. So I’m having to call around to find someone who has one. I don’t typically leave bad reviews my reviews are typically good to very good,"

"Smh, how you have this cashier in the picture below, that clearly don't know the difference in the price of an item and the cost, train Arkeshia better. Then she leans down after being rude twice, and I informed her that she needed to stay in her place as a little girl. Which apparently she was, because she got on the phone and called her mom and someone else, which Cannie and Coach Joe didn't tell her not to do while she was on the clock. In fact Coach Joe stated “she wouldn’t have made a call if I didn’t take her pic”, I have the right to take pictures, videos, and/or recordings in my phone. The customer service nasty just like the store, the bathroom was too disgusting to share pics."
