"The folks at Exchange Factor are incredible! I had my bike stolen downtown Charleston and tracked it with GPS to their shop. I quickly called them and they immediately were helpful and wheeled my bike into the shop for safe keeping and scared off the thief. Got my bike back the same day. Also, I love this shop for all their eclectic and funky clothes. I have been here a few times before and got some cool hats and shirts. I’m definitely a huge fan now!"

"I literally never feel compelled to write reviews. But this place is a must see, must go, and must shop for any and everyone! I grew up in Cali and have travelled the U.S. in a RV for 2 years and you’d be hard pressed to come across a gem like this. There is just enough organization for those of you that prefer more of a boutique feel. But for those of us who LOOOOve the hunt for treasure, this place is overflowing with surprises in every nook and corner. So much vintage exploding every which way you turn, plus just overall trendy clothing and accessories. (Many many accessories!) Great pricing and you get to pick something outside for free depending on how much you spend inside. The people that work there are also great people, very kind and helpful, and add even more pizzazz to this place. If I could give them 11 1/2 stars I would!!! Great job everyone, thanks for this amazing experience…wish I lived here and could visit regularly. But you better believe I will be visiting whenever I’m in town."

"An amazing vintage shopping experience. I have never seen anything like it, and we explore thrift stores everywhere we travel. Prices are in line with the value of the items, so this is not a place to find steals to resell. But if you need a vintage costume or finally write through your concert t-shirt from the 1980s, this is your go to place."
