"While it is open 24 hours. You won’t find anyone except the pharmacist in the store actually working. I had to have someone paged for help and then offered zero assistance. Don’t waste your time."

"Worst pharmacy experience ever! 6:45 pm New Years Day. Pulled into drive thru as fourth car. Five mins later, I moved up one spot. Two cars came in behind. Another TEN MINS later, we have yet to move. I got out of line and went inside. Two people in line ahead of me. What I saw was four women and one male pharmacist working. The pharmacist was the only one doing anything. The oldest of the women soon went off shift and after 10 mins inside, one of the women finally offered to help the first guy in line. When the guy ahead of me came up, I’m not sure what was said to him, but he blew up at them, saying he’d been there for an hour and a half and watched them doing nothing. The pharmacist left the window to come help and told one of the women to fill his subscription. It only got worse w the yelling and in the meantime, several more people had gotten in line. I was there 40 mins. Now, I get “busy” but this was because the three women simply weren’t working. The front counter guy came to the back to help quell the problem as I left. This place needs some serious employee moves. I won’t be back."

"I've never had an issue with CVS staff, but I've had issues with the pharmacy, and a lot of them. Between the slowness when clearly there's a lot of people waiting, or when there's no one at all!! Then on top of that the attitude you get and smug responses... Like I'm not asking you to do more than you are getting paid to do!! It's crazy!"
