"Customer service is so rude lol. I went in to do a return on a gift someone gave me & they said I could return & ask for store credit so that’s what I did. I know of someone who has returned items more than a year old & does it religiously & never had an issue here. This is my 2nd time ever returning an item & the lady was so rude & being skeptical of me. She already seemed up tight. She had short hair with glasses with a mic on her shirt. Once again it’s shady how I know people come here to return ALL the time & have no problems, but a brown skin girl comes in & now i’m denied? I don’t ever play that card, but it’s so odd in how she talked to me. I will be calling the number given to me on Monday to figure out what’s going on. I really didn’t care about returning the item that’s whatever, but I cared how rude they were about it from the jump. If you’re going to have return policy’s, make sure you’re implying it to everyone!"

"The nose ring has absolutely terrible customer service. I just asked a question, and she treated me like I was such a nuisance to her. Short, curt answers, no eye contact. Abhorrent. If this is how this store treats their customers, forget me giving them my hard earned dollars."
