"I went to exchange a sweater that I bought yesterday for one in a different color. (I bought two of the same color without realizing!) I walked in and spoke to a sweet lady about exchanging it, and she said No Problem! I then walked up to the register and an Asian lady was there. She did not look happy at all, and was VERY rude. I explained I was here to exchange my sweater I had bought the day prior for the new one I had in my hand. She interrupted me before I could even get out “I’m here to exchange-“ She responded back after interrupting with “I heard earlier.” This facility really needs to retrain their workers. There are some really sweet people that work here, however the bad ones, like the lady I encountered at Check Out ruin it for the rest of them."

"Sale sign was VERY deceiving on when I questioned the price the Asiatant Manager checking us out told me to go read the sign again as she wasn't going to repeat herself as she had ALL day. I did go back and saw the much smaller print in which it was buy on pair of shoets and 2nd 50% off. I had just seen the big print 50% off. I walked back up and she asked me if I understood the sale now and did I still want the shorts. I didn't want the shirts that were $70 and I didn't purchase the other items picked out either which cost the store $350 sale. Had she just advised me of the sale I wouldn't have bought the shorts but would have gotten the other items. That's okay though because Aeropostale and Hollister were super friendly and helpful."

"i was there today thursday 5/19/23 for an interview and the store manager Austin was not even there and the 2 employees that were there could not get a hold of him and told me to come back in an hour. that was a waste of my time and a wasted trip for me. i could have been doing more important things than having to waste my time and trip having to wait for a store manager that was not there and could not get a hold of. i would not recommend try to work there because you will not even get to do an interview."
