"I have had one of the best customer service today with Mary and Lisa. I had to do a return from one of their other stores. Lisa was super nice and told me that managers approval was needed. Mary took care of everything within minutes with the most pleasant attitude. She pointed out that there were similar shoes on sale, walked me to the aisle and helped me find the right size by measuring my foot. I didnt know that feet change with age. I'll be back soon!"

"I was told that this place was expensive. I didnt think so at all. Their prices are much cheaper then walmart or target. They have quality shoes for a decent price. My feet are important. Its not expensive when you work 60 hour weeks. On your feet nonstop. Investing into a good pair of shoes is always a smart decision. If you want cheap & buy shoes every other month. Please. Continue to get walmart shoes. This store has many options & love that they have a customer appreciation point system. They care about their guests. I love the idea, spend $200 get $10 off. Thats great."

"Brandon the manager here was remarkable. He stuck with us the entire time. My son graduation shoes came too small from Amazon. So I came to Shoe Carnival on Rivers Ave. He came in like an angel from god. The Holy Spirit definitely led us here. Brandon literally helped us try on about 5 pairs of shoes to make sure the fit was perfect our last pair of try on fit and it looks awesome on my son foot. He then, went further to get the ankle soles so his foot wasn’t uncomfortable. He was excited for every pair of shoes we tried on keeping hope alive. He needs to have his own store. He is amazing and deserves his own franchise like NOW!!! Right now!!! He will always have a FOOTPRINT on our hearts. Come here and you won’t leave disappointed!"

"I have NEVER in my life had to deal with the most DISREGARD of CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Not only was I NOT greeted by the 2 employees that were just talking amongst themselves when I walked up. I am also ON CRUTCHES at this moment…. ok now I in NO WAY EXPECT anyone to DO ANYTHING…. BUT it was NEVER EVEN OFFERED…NOT ONE PERSON AT ANY MOMENT IN TIME!!!! Ok so not only did I have to maneuver my way to the register MYSELF ON CRUTCHES and almost fell 3 freaking times ok so after that you would atleast expect SOMEONE TO HOLD THE DOOR OPEN or at the very least OFFER TO HOLD IT OPEN!!!!! WELL I AM HERE TO TELL TOU THAT IT DID BOT HAPPEN!!!! I can absolutely PROMISE that I will NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN!!!!!"
