"Employees stood around joking with each other instead of taking care of employees. When advised them that their shoes were mixed up and in wrong sized boxes, they said it was not their problem....it is customers responsibility to check them before leaving the store. Some boxes had a mismatched sizes in boxes together (size 8 and 9 together, etc). Cashiers didn't check sizes of shoes to make sure they matched either. Also, for being a joint military base town, they only give discounts on Tuesdays or holidays. Shoes are overpricriced as is."

"Good selection but I would have like to see more genuine leather options. Also would have liked to see clearer signage on their promo (buy one get one but not eligible on certain brands. The not eligible part wasn't obvious for me). Clean and organized store but many sizes were out of stock-- to be expected right before Christmas."
