"Stopped in today needing parts for my WBU squirrel proof bird feeder. We broke the parts trying to clean the feeder but we did not follow the direction on line so it was our fault. They fixed my feeder, showed me the correct way to dismantle and did not charge me. Can't say enough about the store. We buy all our bird seed there. Staff is always polite and knowledgeable.
