"Great hotel, great location! Rooms are spacious with a good view. The complementary breakfast and reception are wonderful. The staff is friendly and welcoming, especially Blue. He’s very stylish, too. Miko is not only an amazing chef, he’s kind and considerate. I was having issues with my contact lenses and he helped me navigate the ordering process AND then cooked for me. He’s a true professional."

"We were recently here and had a very mixed experience. First of all there is a $35/day car parking fee which was never mentioned. Our check-in was great and the ladies were amazing. Our troubles started the next day in the morning. The coffee maker still had old pods in it...!! Later on our door lock malfunctioned and we had to get it replaced. This caused us to lose a dinner reservation. Went down in the morning of the 4th to check out and the front desk attendant was not someone who should be in the hospitality industry. I asked for a Manager to see if they would comp something since we faced all these difficulties and there was no manager available till Monday. So, let me guess this straight most people check-in on Friday and check out on Sunday. Those are the 2 days a manager should be present at the property. I would ask Hilton to please look into this as this is not acceptable. Will never stay here again."

"We loved this place. We got the presidential suite. It was an amazing 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms suite, with a kitchen and all. The included happy hour is the best part. The breakfast is also amazing. For events in Historic Downtown Savannah or at Enmarket Arena this is the perfect place to stay. If you have an EV you can park in some parking decks nearby that have charging over not getting to charge your car while you stay. "3 in our group stayed 4 nights. The room was huge and comfortable. The furniture and carpet are a little outdated, but still pleasant enough. Employees were awesome. So helpful and genuinely polite. Location was a few blocks from downtown historic area, but a little sketchy after dark. There's an alley on one side of the hotel, a family dollar, and greyhound type bus station on the other. We walked of the day, but took ubers at night. Be aware of extra charges on your bill, like motel, city and state fees. Parking is $35 per night. My biggest complaint was they advertise a "restaurant" on site. Not true. There is a bar lounge that's open from 5-7 with a very small menu. No table service at all. You order at the bar and sit in the lounge. We were hoping for an actual full functioning restaurant with room service and full meals if we wanted to stay in. We never could find the fireplace seating area shown in pictures. We would've enjoyed that since it was 50° weather."

"Perfect location - within walking distance to the riverside area. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast is made to order, so hot or cold meals are available. We enjoyed the free wine and beers. The seating area is pretty decent with lounge chairs and a fireplace. The lobby was decorated for the holidays - excellent job!"
