"It is in bad need of upgrading and cleanliness. Our room must have had flood at sometime. Ceiling marked up? Bathroom.door the wood was rotten. Not good. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone..lamp didn't work either.breakfast was poor. Toast, waffles, pastries, coffee. That was it."

"I'm only giving 3 stars because of the service we recieved the morning after our stay and because the room was nice, clean and comfortable. Otherwise, I would have given 1 star. The night we arrived, we were greeted by a rude employee. At first she was nice but once she found out we had kids she wanted to change our assigned room. She said it was for our benefit because someone complained in the general area of where we were going to stay, because the door was loud. Sure, I'll give her that but... after we got into our room, my husband went back to the front desk to ask for a pillow and blanket for the pull out couch for our kids. She didn't smile, in fact she blatantly rolled her eyes, grabbed a bag with the blankets and pillow and handed it over to my husband. When he thanked her she didn't say a word and walked away. We also could barely sleep. You can hear EVERYTHING in the hallways. And yes, we could hear a door close all night (which makes me think she made up that lie to move our rooms because we had kids and she was worried they would be loud. We have good, well behaved kids btw). Other than that, like I said, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the front desk clerk, the morning after, was very friendly and helpful. Whoever was working the front desk on 12/29/23 around 7pm should be fired. She obviously has no desire to work in hospitality."

"Great service and wonderful hospitality!. We booked 3 rooms with each of the guests arriving at different times and leaving at different times, and they were so accommodating. Even when my son's flight got cancelled and he had to stay later than the rest of us, the front desk made sure to arrange for him to take the airport shuttle instead of an Uber. It is worthwhile being a member of their rewards program. We received a great rate in the middle of the graduation season! Rooms were extremely clean, and the complementary breakfast includes waffles, a bacon/sausage, eggs, and biscuits. There are enough options to fill you up. Didn't check out the indoor pool or fitness area, but I am well pleased to book again."

"In town for the holiday and needed a place to stay. I booked through a 3rd party website where the ratings were average. Well, I was pleasantly surprised that Country Inn & Suites (Savannah Airport location) out did their self. I notified them of our late check-in and they were totally fine. Walking into the newly renovated rooms, I noticed the space was super clean and neat. Amenities such as the mini fridge, microwave, iron and coffee maker were clean, well-organized and arranged to fit within the decor. A Blackout shade and opaque screen are provided instead of a full length curtains (nighty night). Television does carry apps and cable options; so everybody can watch something. The room did have two USB-C outlets. Located off the main road, traffic noises were not heard throughout the day or night. Daily continental breakfast was provided (edible). Also, they had a waffle station which was a nice treat. Last but not least was free parking on the premises (YAY). There is an indoor pool (access included) and paid guest laundry service provided on-site. The downsides were those thin walls (I heard my neighbors), the shower handle fell off (service repaired immediately), and housekeeping didn't clean daily but made sure I had clean towels every day. I know some establishments have tailored housekeeping policies due to COVID, so I'm not sure if they did too. You'll have to inquire. Pricing was fairly decent given my stay was during a holiday. PS. There is a good shopping center located on the other side of the interstate. Wow, I ended up sharing more than expected..... I would totally stay there again."

"Everything is absolutely perfect and I will say if you’re wanting to stay closer to downtown then this is not gonna be the hotel for you because it’s about 23 minutes from downtown. There is a full breakfast spread, which is a great bonus. However, there are local things that you can walk to in this location. Great restaurants all within 2.5 miles of your room. Mr. Mark was the attendant while I was there absolutely professional explained everything. There is $100 refundable fee that to due at the time that you check in please be mindful of that. If you/or loved one has a disability, this is the absolutely best place to stay. They accommodate you from the start of stay until you leave!"
