"Easy and wonderful stay! We were greeted and cared for as if we've been there before. I was especially impressed with the teamwork of the morning crew when a few kitchen staff were out. The entire team pitched in so evey guest felt cared for. I will definitely be back!!! Thank you"

"Staff was outstanding and a pleasure to interact with. Food from the grill was perfect for a quick meal. My room, however, was not clean. There was hair all over the shower. Two different types of hair so I have to wonder when it was cleaned last. Barefoot prints on the bathroom floor told me it had not been cleaned either. I even found a small bloodstain on a pillow case. I just slept in the other bed to avoid it. Whoever was cleaning rooms that day simply did not. Everything else was great and as I said, the staff was a true pleasure. I can only go with 2 stars because the importance of cleanliness cannot be overstated."

"This is my second time coming to this hotel. And I’m glad to say they have been improving on their service. I was completely against coming back to this hotel after my first stay here but unfortunately my company makes that decision for me. I didn’t review it last time because my experience was so bad It would have seem fake. They refuse to honor the food and beverage credit the first time I was here, and I could never get them to clean my room and did not include breakfast which is completely absurd how much they want to charge for their buffet. I think is like $18 for fake eggs, bacon and potatoes. Also the front desk staff were rude and lazy. But it seems like management is working on getting those issues worked out because service was better, they honored the daily credit but they still could not follow their room cleaning schedule. It would be nice if they provided real eggs for their buffet every once in a while. Fake powder eggs are nasty. Hotel is good enough that I’ll come back if necessary."

"Was met by Kim at the front desk, who was very courteous and professional. She answered all the questions I asked as she was very knowledgeable. Our room was average for a hotel room. The beds were comfortable. However, the shower tiles grout was not very clean. The grout was very dark at the base of the shower but light in color at the top. There is a drainage issue as well. The tub and sink do not drain properly as the water fills up the tub while showering. Fresh towels were requested and delivered, but used towels were left behind. The location is great. Minutes from airport and 20 minutes from Savannah Riverfront."

"Room was spacious and adequate for my 1night stay. Fitness room was well maintained and had lots of equipment. I have had friendlier interaction with staff in many other places. Very close to shopping and airport, but you will most likely need a vehicle; other hotels are safe walking distance to shopping."
