"Downside: they do not take my insurance. Upside: very thorough very caring very exacting and you feel what they've done will be long-lasting. You are not "churned through" like most dentists, rather they spend time on each patient. They also have the most up-to-date dental tools and knowledge of new procedures. Recently I went in to have a crown replaced that had fallen (out not their work). They found a cavity on the tooth next to where the crown had been. The way The Novocaine shots were administered were almost pain-free. After they had finished, I was told I could go out immediately and eat. 10 minutes after leaving the office I noticed the numbness was about 85% gone"

"These people are crooks. I was told the visit would be $200 which includes the x-rays and cleaning. After the doctor did her exam, I was told she wants to remove all my previous fillings and fill 9 cavities. At that point I was obviously thinking a second opinion was needed. After that I was told a regular cleaning would be an additional $280, totaling $480 for this initial visit plus they wanted me to sign paperwork agreeing to get all the fillings she recommended and pay an additional who knows what. I would not recommend anyone come here unless you have extremely deep pockets and don't mind making a donation..."

"I am a physician who sees high-volume chronic pain patients - I see multiple cases per week that have connections to dental complications. If someone has autoimmune conditions or cancer, always rule out oral infection. "This is a 'just Don't even waste your time' kind of place. It is understaffed and way over booked. We got their 15 minutes before our appointment time to fill out paperwork as per normal, and we were directed back into a room about 5 minutes after I handed the paperwork in. We waited 30 minutes for anyone to come in and see us. And I mean just for them to look at my daughters tooth and that's it. No cleaning, nothing more than them asking me which tooth is bothering her. Then they proceeded to tell me that I needed to do new x-rays even though I had sent x-rays over to the office. Their x-ray machine was not small enough for my daughter so they said they were going to do another way and never came in the room. By this time we had been there for over an hour so I asked to reschedule as it was past lunch time in both my daughters were hungry. She then still charged me $95 for absolutely nothing. This was a second opinion, we had already been into an initial appointment at another doctor's office to actually have it looked at. The doctor did nothing but tell me what we should do for her tooth and get x-rays done. I'm very, very disappointed and I will never return to this office after my horrible experience and their lack of customer service. I refuse to pay $95 for the appointment because they did nothing. They still proceeded to charge me $65. Save your money and don't waste your time. Find a different dentist office."
