"We had my extended family of 16 stay in all 4 condos at The Sanctuary. What a great place! Everyone enjoyed the condos (very comfortable beds) and the location can't be beat. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate area, along with a convenience grocery store right across the street, yet it was quiet and peaceful at night. Highly recommended as a base for exploring Charleston!"

"What an amazing time was had at Villa Este. Beautiful house, incredibly furnished and not lacking in anything. All the comforts of home and then some. Plenty of space for all 10 people in the family. A nice pool-3 minute walk to the beach. Top notch appliances-every kitchen gadget needed, plenty of plates, bar ware,towels, beach chairs- you name it. And Christina from Charleston Vacays was very communicative and responsive whenever I reached out. I highly recommend both Christina and Villa Este for a memorable vacation."

"Rented an apartment on 122 Spring Street in Charleston from Charleston Vacays. The apartment was well situated to walk around to the local attractions and King Street. There is a cute coffee shop (Bad Bunnies) right down the street whose owners are so friendly and nice! Highly recommend visiting if in the area!! The apartment was clean and fitted with all the necessary amenities making our stay comfortable. I would definitely stay in these apartments if visiting Charleston again."

"Wow the Cavalla was AMAZING! 5 stars for many reasons and it all starts with the staff. Sarah is an amazing host - showed me the property while in construction and kept me up to date with the progress of construction to keep my mind at ease. I hosted my bachelorette party here and it was the most amazing house I’ve ever stayed in. It is new construction and that is rare in Charleston. Some of my highlights: - Best jacuzzi I’ve ever used - Duvets are unmatched - so comfy and soft. Everyone afterwards was asking where they came from. - Rooftop is so nice and fun to hang out on - Kitchen was a dream! Everyone said they want that kitchen and the appliances were awesome. Loved the ninja! - Wet bar was amazing and nice touch so the room of 4 girls could use 2 sinks! - Beautiful decor! Everyone wanted to have their house decorated that way. - Great location - Nice to have parking spots and electric chargers even though we didn’t need - Great plastic cups and glasses for the pool area - Elevator in the house was very helpful to have for our friend who has a bad knee. It worked intermittently. Hopefully it’s not a long term issue, but since the place is new they can keep an eye on it. Overall amazing stay. Thank you Sarah, Kyle and team for taking care of my group! Would love to visit and stay at one of your priorities again!"
