"We hosted a small gathering of leaders - we needed a house that had 10 bedrooms for 10 people, and space to gather for discussions. This house was perfect. We appreciated that everyone could have their own room, there were small kitchens on each level and plenty of bathrooms. Clean up and check out was very simple and not onerous. There are so many great coffee shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance and we absolutely loved the neighborhood. The host was very communicative and helpful. We're planning on using this space again for similar events in the future."

"Absolutely beautiful place: our party had both upstairs and downstairs of the duplex which was perfect for our girls group of 6 people: each of us had our own space to retire to. We had everything we needed. They even provide white noise machines in the bedrooms. However the neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and quiet, and we all slept very well. (And felt very safe). The beds and sheets were so comfortable and everything very clean. The location was perfect for quickly getting to the spots in Charleston that we wanted to visit. We may have recommended the house to every traveler we met! Haha! Thank you to the Inns folks for a great stay!"

"We had an excellent time staying at The Inns. The unit was comfortable and clean. The layout is very cool and there is a very pretty courtyard. There is one convenient parking spot. We walked everywhere -- the location is great. There is a coffee shop down the street called "Bad Bunnies"! We loved Charleston! We recommend staying at The Inns."

"We planned a trip with ALOT of family. We booked 2 house with The Inns and they were both great. The homes were beautiful. My family was so impressed and happy with their lodging. The instructions were sent in advance and very clear. If I had any questions, the host was always very responsive. Charleston had some flooding right before our trip and the host reached out PROACTIVELY to provide an update. We would love to stay in another home if we decide to visit Charleston again."

"What a wonderful stay at the Inns! Very responsive host, great communication, detailed instructions on how to find the location and accessing the home. Well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated with the guest in mind. Very close and walkable to King Street and local spots, felt very safe as it was our girls trip! Beds were comfy and each room had ceiling fans which is so appreciated! Keep in mind it's a duplex so there is shared parking and our unit was on the bottom floor and there were guests upstairs. You can hear the steps as they move about but it was not bad at all. Well worth it, I would stay again!"
