"It's impossible to get anything accomplished here. It takes an hour minimum to get someone to "help" you. If you need to come here, take the whole day off and pack a lunch."

"Very slow, waited over an hour for help. They need more staff or they need to spread out their lunch breaks for more availability. I've never looked forward to my visit to the CYS office because it takes such a huge chunk of my day away."
