Mr. Singh Taxi

"Mr. Singh came to our rescue to give us a ride home. There were no other taxi services available. His other cabs had fares out of town. Mr. Singh said he would help us himself. He did. He went OUT OF HIS way to help us. He is kind, professional and very nice. I highly recommend his services. How refreshing to have a polite, professional and great driver in Mr. Singh . "OK, here is my story about the service provided by this astounding person. Secondary to flight cancellations during the "bomb cyclone" this week my daughter and I arrived 20 hours later than originally scheduled on a trip from California to Syracuse for a postgraduate interview. Nevertheless, Mr. Singh arrived within 5 minutes of our arrival in 3 inches of 1 degree snow and ice at 7 PM. He loaded our bags, welcomed us, and answered numerous questions about the city, schools, medical system and general community feel and then dropped us at the hotel. We had him pick us back up in 1 hr for a ride to a restaurant and then back to the hotel. In short, we used his service for the entire snowy trip of three days touring schools and neighborhoods with intermittent drop-offs/pickups at various businesses. He was busy throughout the day shuttling students from our hotel to Le Moyne College, Syracuse U and airport and seemed to be working from 5 am to 10pm. Van was clean, comfortable and equipped with snow tires at all 4s. This is one warm, caring, and fantastic human being (let alone an excellent, safe taxi driver in horrible road conditions). Before we leave tomorrow, I'll talk to him about moving to Santa Cruz!!! Best cab experience ever."
