"parking lot is prone to being vandalized or burglarized there is one front entrance where any one can come in and the only thing they have to keep outsiders out is a small warning sign that says 24 hour surveillance which is useless surveillance because the security guard does not have any feed to the parking lot and there is a small window of any sort of patrol for security cars most of the time it is unguarded and any one can come in and do whatever they want. I have had property stolen and vandalized multiple times and the board says there is nothing much they can do."

"The Bright Water Tower management is terrorizing the people who has animals. They will give you unreasonable fines straight way, even though the house rules says that a warning will be sent out first. Nop, they want your money , your misery, they want to make this place something that will resonates with a concentration camp and not a condominium. Your sweet home will became a place of fear and despair, where you will have no rights , don’t buy or rent an apartment at Bright Water Towers , because the Russian management will make your life miserable!"

"Nice and clean, buildings close to the ocean , Aquarium, Luna Park near by, has a best view to the Ocean, Verrazano Bridge and Manhattan."
