"Very competitive pricing for downtown Brooklyn. Clean room and comfortable bed. I wouldn't use the downstairs pub, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking at garage down the street can be problem when trying to get your luggage to the hotel but it's doable."

"Had a bad experience with this hotel staying for work in Brooklyn. Hotel room floor was soaking wet. I asked to change room as I was concerned about room hygiene but they were unable to give me another room. They said they would send a tech to soak up the water. I waited a few minutes but decided I couldn’t take the chance on sleeping in a room with a potential leak/sewage/water and I did not know the source. So I decided to leave the hotel. The management felt I was not in my right to leave and charged me for a night. Other colleagues have had headaches with management here too. If you got other options book elsewhere. It’s simply not worth it to stay in a hotel with a staff w/o empathy for how it feels for a customer to get a room which is not clean and dry."

"Staff is professional and kind, from the House Bar team to the reception. Check in was quick and the room was clean. The hotel was quiet and had a relaxing atmosphere which is great after a long day of work. Parking is nearby, although expensive ($45 overnight) which is normal for New York. I will use this hotel next time I return."

I must say, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, and its location was ideal. However, what truly set this hotel apart from the others was its incredible team. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Adam, the Assistant General Manager, for his exceptional service and attention to detail. The front desk team also deserves special thanks for their professionalism and helpfulness throughout my stay. "We stayed here on a long weekend stay and had a great experience. The place is spotless. You can always find a staff member cleaning the lobby area. The complimentary breakfast was good as was the complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate offerings. All of the staff members were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, especially the front desk staff. Jasmine, in particular, was a highlight of our stay. She is so friendly and welcoming and engaged in great conversation. She is a true asset to the hotel. Kudos to all the staff!!!!"
