Reviews
"This apartment was almost perfect. Lived there for over two years. Only issue was the AC unit was underpowered for my south facing studio. Even with blinds down and running the AC constantly it got up to 80. Also had a noisy neighbor move in next to me. If it weren’t for those two issues, I would have kept living there. Location is amazing with transit and conveniences of Barclays/Atlantic/downtown bk but neighborhood feel of park slope and prospect heights. Small building so elevators were extremely fast and rarely shared. Staff was very friendly."
"The only highlight of this building is its location. "Luxury" is a sham and false advertisement. The owner has done everything imaginable to cut corners - appliances are of poor quality and services substandard. Management cannot keep good employees around for long, and what it does best is to ignore problems. No door man (hence receiving packages) after 8 pm or on the weekends. Gym is tiny. Fridge is undersized. Washer/dryer is powerless. Oven does not have timer, turns off with no warning, and takes 20-30 seconds to light (unsafe). Microwave is a joke - can't even fit a bag of popcorn in. Fire alarms break down all the time. Elevator is constantly out of service. Not at all worth the rent - avoid this place at all costs."
