"Heat has been out for 4 days now. Windows iced over and no hot water either. Management will not replace the broken backup boiler. If I didn’t cover all windows with bed comforters and sleeping bags it would below 30 degrees in here. This issue happened every year for 3 years and they refuse to correctly fix anything. DO NOT RENT HERE. Mice everywhere. Homeless in the building nonstop. They cannot pass the city inspection and violate the Colorado Warranty of Habitability on a daily basis. They rely on you giving up, moving out, and charging you a lease breaking fee to pocket more money. Building is never cleaned, and is never secured. 90% of your neighbors are either drug dealers or users, hearing them cough all day and night from the meth pipe. Do not let them trick you into moving in, they will claim any issues are currently being repaired, but the second you move in nothing will ever be fixed, nor will they respond to anything. They are here to scam you out money and nothing else. There are plenty of places in the same price range that will be the better choice. All windows are paper thin and you will freeze in the winter if you don’t blanket them up and run a space heater nonstop. A homeless person threw a rock through a tenants window 6 months ago, and they still have not fixed that. All mailboxes are broken into, so your mail will be stolen. Any deliveries are stolen within minutes by the junkie tenants they now rent to. DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!"

"These people are Godless pieces of trash. Check their unaccredited BBB rating. Its an F. I wish they were standing in front of me at the rivers edge. Look at the reviews at The Luxe Tower in Colorado Springs Co. They need to be held accountable for their deceptive business practices AND fraudulent contractual agreements. Luckily I’m the guy who will grind them into dust. Shmary Baumgarten! Do you see me now? I’ve reported you to the FTC, also, there’s water leaking from upstairs all through the building, which I’m sure is full of black mold. I’ll have Servpro come out tomorrow and do an inspection so I have evidence to bring to court. Keep ignoring us. IT’S GOING TO COST YOU."

"If you ever wanted to meet a slum-Lord here is you chance! Terriable Management. I have a copy of my lease and they are telling me I am worng! It has both our signatures on it and you say that is wrong. If you are a respectible person stay away as they are are not trust worthey and will lie directly to you. If you are desperate and like smoking on the steps with your neighobors the "Jewlell" in Denver is a Junkies delight"

"Management changed two times in six months. Can't get in touch with owner, instead have to deal with manager of the month and maintenance team of the week. The habitability of the complexes they own in Aurora CO is in question because of hot water outages, electrical issues, a stairwell that is collapsing and rodent/roach problem on top of lack of secure entryways two blocks from main roads in Colorado, notorious for transient populations looking for shelter. And when we can't contact the manager for over a week, it usually means the owner Zev who is hands off likely fired his manager and/or maintenance crew. I recommend you look elsewhere to lease a spot cause a dumpster is almost an improvement to cbz managed properties."

"In January I moved out early. They got someone to fill my spot which was superb. However I have been trying to contact them since May regarding my deposit and they are ghosting me. They haven't sent any official documentation about anything regarding my move-out. Their shady way of conducting business makes me wonder if they got someone to fill my spot months before they told me about it, and just strung me along to double dip on rent payment."
