"Since the new owners took over in 2007, the building has gotten worse. There is no super on site, maintenance do all they can to get repairs done. The owners are RUDE AND VERY VERY DISRESPECTFUL to the tenants. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!! I WISH AIMCO NEVER SOLD THE BUILDING TO THESES GREEDY IGNORANT DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE (IF YOU WANT TO CALL THEM THAT)."
