Reviews
"DO NOT LIVE HERE. This building like many other reviews has said, has TERRIBLE management. We have lived here for a year and it is constant problems - BROWN WATER RISING FROM SINKS AND BATHROOMS, NO WATER OR HOT WATER FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. ELEVATOR ALWAYS BROKEN ! BROWN ICE CUBES CONSTANTLY AND DIRTY AND HORRIBLE SMELLING LAUNDRY MACHINES. Building management is horrible, rude, and overwhelmed. The apartments are old and do not fix any issue but continue to push it down the line. Whatever you do - do not waste your money on this scam! You can live in much nicer locations and better apartments. - UPDATE : As you can see from the response from the landlord below- the landlords try and silence the tenants so they cannot discuss about the mistreatment the building has created. 311 is officially here all the time. I have tried to post on the internal building site about our brown water and no hot water situation many times and it is never approved to discuss with my other tenants. I’ve lived here 16 months and I still have cold water and like warm water all the time. On top of this, one of the elevator has been broken at one point another throughout the entire 16 months. I’ve had to wait over 25 mins to get upstairs after work. They are continuously “fixing” it but all they provide for all the building problems is quick cost effective fixes and not real fixes to the root of the problem. Horrible place to live and speaks volumes in their response below. Cannot wait to be able to move out. I’ve spoken to other tenants and the management uses gaslighting techniques and tells everyone “that’s strange it’s only you who’s complaining and has problems” when everyone does. Stay away."
"Like another review mentioned, most of the staff are awesome but there’s a tall skinny African American male at front desk named "Victor", he has been really rude towards NON-WHITE people, specially Asians, he always say bad language towards them and he did it many times. Saw him swearing loudly at Asian delivery guy and Asian residents many times. The manage team should help him locate a therapist to deal with his anger issues before he hurts anybody."
"Overall good. Staff here are really friendly and professional. Recently changed management company which is a GOOD thing coz btw the former management company is weird and disgusting."
"Stay away! They are constantly renovating the building and there is always construction. This isn't just in 2020 but it's noted in previous years as well from other reviews. This is hardly an amenity building and you can get so much more for your money elsewhere. The courtyard is on the 3rd floor and gets hardly any sunlight. Such a let down compared to roof tops int he area! The gym has been under renovation since I moved in and I guess it was before then as well according to other tenants. They deceived me and are continuing to do so to future tenants. They consistently lie and set false expectations. For example, so many of the photos online are not up to date or reflective of the actual building itself. They consistently push back the expected date of construction completion. There are SO many new luxury buildings going up in this area on top of those that already exist. Check out all of those before you make the mistake I did!"
